Practice Merger

As of Tuesday 7th April 2024 the practices of 27@Northgate and 28@Northgate have merged to become Northgate Health Centre.

We’d like to thank all our patients for your support and understanding during this period of transition. 

We look forward to continuing to provide high quality care to all our patients and we’d like to reassure you that there are no changes to our clinical and reception teams and that you will still be able to see your usual GP. 

Please do bear with us though in the next few weeks as we settle into the merged team.
