Getting your test results

Blood and urine test results are usually available at the practice within 5 working days of the test. 

The easiest way to access your test results is via the NHS app where you can find the results of blood tests and other investigations. 

If you are calling the practice for test results please call after 2pm so that our reception staff have more time to deal with your request. 

If your test result is abnormal, please ensure that you have a follow up telephone or in-person appointment with your GP to discuss the result. 

The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and test results will only be given to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data to another person.
